Oil Service Light??

As the topic says my oil service light came on the other day and the oil is fine and the filter has just been replaced a month back, cant find my book to find out the story with it so can someone please advise me and any ideas how to reset the light?????

I had exactly the same thing the other week, is it due a service? If not it may not have been reset after the last one.

Mine was because the car was serviced at 43,000 then 48,000 when I bought it.

They hadn't reset it then so the light came on at 53,000 instead of 58,000 when it's now due.

it only had a service last month, the service indicator was reset but now this has came on about 1000 miles after? am a bit baffled

Its got two service indicators one that lights up every 10k for an inspection/oil services. Theres then one that flashes up every 40k for its big service. It will just need reset again instructions on how to do this yourself are in the how to section on this forum.
