Between Suspension kits and coilovers?

Look to be the same things but suspension kits seem cheaper.

Cheers

coil overs allow you to adjust how much heigh you have between 30-85 mm iirc???

Anyway suspension kits have just a single set heigh depending on what springs you have i.e. 40/50/60 etc etc
Im pretty sure what iv just written is right, but feel free to correct me if i aint

considering the gap u have with your wheels id say almost definatly get 50mm, not too hard to fit either

you shud be able 2 do the back ones yourself but the front ones you would need a spring compressor.

the backs are easier than the fronts, they simply drop out once you've undone the top mounting bolt.
The fronts will need a spring compressor, but i used a high-powered vice which did the same job.
coil-overs can be either a garage or DIY job, its a sort of remember where everything goes sort of job! so you can put it back together correctly.
