well i got myself a rear beam with disks on to do a rear disk conversion and i never thaught to measure up the setup against my wheels. (standard steelies.)

but the car it come off had steelies on 13" aswell

Image poor polo

so anyways i strip my drums off and stub axles and wack on the new disks stand back admire my work with a well earnt bottle of water. get back to tyding everything up and goto stick my wheels on and they dont fit :( the caliper hits the inside rim of the wheel so im stuck i have just waisted 4 hours stripping the old axle down and fitting it to my car.

ive had to put my old drums back on ;( so if anyone has 3 175/50/15 tyres they would like to donate me for a cheap price then ill have them

i know that now but the car i took it off ( see photo) had steels on so i just assumed that they will fit behind my steels. oh well i just wasted 4 hours and have to wait till i find 3 more tyres for my wheels.
