6N Polo with the Air Condition system

Hello everyone,

I have an air con in my 16V Polo. Does anyone knows what do I need to be aware of? Especially, how do I maintain it. What parts I need to replace every year? Many thanks for your advices in advance.

lol, man 1 thing woteva u do, do not attempt 2 remove it urself, air con is toxic an cud kill ya, so get the vw guys on 2 it if summit goes wrong,wen the air con is done an is gettin dumped has 2 be taken 2 a special plant coz its not like ur day 2 day filter, its sum dangerous gas in it, i dnt know the in's an out's but ive been told its dodgey, i dnt think u have 2 replce anything with it, lucky 4 sum 2 even have air con, mine is the windows dwn an my head stuck out the window

Sweet motors! The MK2 yours too? my mum used to have a MK2 GTi syncro I loved that car.
