40mm lower :)

ive just had my car lowered 40mm yesterday but looking round the car 2day ive found that the rear drivers side is about 2cm lower than the pasenger side :shock: why is this!!!
the passenger side doesnt look like its been lowered at all :cry:

hmm sounds abit strange, either somethings wrong or the suspension just needs time to settle in

russ swift had the same problem in his mini not that long ago, he couldnt work out why the passenger side was higher than the drivers side

I had a similar problem. My front left was over 1cm higher... now its gonne down a little but is still a little higher...

i know how u feel, mine does it to. at first when i lowered it i realised the springs wernt in the correct place but they sorted themselves out then, even now if i look at it, it sometimes looks like one side is higher then the other. might have something to do with weight siptribution in the engine or something. personally i wouldnt worry about it. might be the ground or springs not in place properly. it might sort itself out........... if not then.............. dunno!!!

are you sure the spacers and shims are the right way up? this could cause that to happen, another one is that there is a little clip halfway down your damper, if you are missing that this could also affect it. hope this helps.
