MK1 Started To Steer Left For Some Reason..

Post by WildChild »

Over the last few weeks i've noticed that if i leave the Steering Wheel by itself, the car drifts quite considerably to the left.. which is getting rather annoying now i've noticed it, didn't notice it before.. Argh!

What can cause this? How to solve e..tc?

tire pressure?? check that its correct on all sides, you could need to get your tracking done..but its most likely to be your tire pressure, when you break does it also go towards the left? if so its your tires mate

Agreed, tyre pressure or tracking most likely. If you haven't checked either recently it's worth getting both done, tracking technically ought to be done very 6 months  That's never going to happen though

Most likely tyre pressure. Otherwise, may be tracking.

Has it had any knocks (even bumping up a kerb) or suspension modifications lately?
