you can get 175/50 but they are £61 per tyre
and it'll put your speedo out by 12%, if you go by what tyre places say, they normally say it should only really be about 3% out.
you can get 175/60 but they are £45-55 and they put your speedo out by 6% which i would live with personally
or lastly theres 175/65 which are about ££45-55 again and these only put your speedo out by 3%
i'm getting some 13's soon and they've got 175 tyres on but i'll probably go for 165 when i need to replace the tyres simply because they're alot cheaper
e.g top of the range 165/65/13 tyres are only about £45
hope that helped dude
p.s i'm not a tyre nerd, i used a tyre size calculator and a tyre website for prices

175/50 13s look a bit like this on 5.5" rims...

Continental Sport Contact 2s, albeit a little bit brown-walled. The best tyre ive ever trusted my life to!
I think they look quite good, but as stated above, they're bloody expensive and throw your speedo out plus, makes a little engine rev its t**s off. Also, if you dont lower the car significantly, it looks a bit daft

You can get 175/50 13s for £47.50 New, either off ebay or:
Yokohama A539 175/50 R13 V £47.71
off blackcircles.com (delivered) it's what i got, just waiting for alloys
And on mine if i use 5.5" alloys, i get a -2.2% difference. but then my car is meant for 13s, where as yours isn't standard is it.. hence the 12% difference.
