GT/G40 brakes?!
GT/G40 brakes?!
I've got a full GT as a donor to put the engine in to my mk1, and I was going to put G40 brakes on the front. But would the GT brakes be sufficient? I can't imagine why they wouldn't be, and it would save me a few hundred pounds!
the GT brakes would be "sufficent" as they were on the GT with GT engine but then polo brakes are pretty rubish so any improvement is welcome really, i personally havn't tried GT brakes and G40 brakes to compare if they're worth it but by the amount of people that do G40 upgrades i'm assuming its a nice improvement, i'm thinking about doing the G40 brakes mod on my mk2 soon actually
