CENTRAL LOCKING ON 16V R-reg POLO

Post by JULEE »

Hi all fellow Polo's

Since I disconnected my battery from my car to replace a thermostat (but then realised battery could stay were it was -derr), my remote central locking has not worked. I have two sets of keyfobs and tried both. Is there some sequence to resetting the central locking after the batery is removed.

Help. :D

might be worth trying th mk4 section i believe the r reg would have been a mark 4 !! my advice would be to check the central locking pump ( on the Mk5 this is in the right hand corner of the boot ) failing that ask in the mk4 section
