Fk Adjustables

Just some help needed here, I bought the fk adjustable kit and the front is sitting pretty low I just want to lower the back by 20 mm more I have looked at my back struts and see grooves how hard would it be to adjust it to the bottom setting and what would be involved?any help would be much appreciated!Cheers
