help regarding de-badging the boot ??

how easy is it to de-badge the boot (the engine size badge) ??

and what is it badges stuck on with , either glue or pinned ??

theyre stuck on. make sure you warm them up with a hairdryer or something and then you need to carefully get behind them with something really thin like fishing wire or a credit card! just remember speed is NOT your friend in this instance! and as for the boot VW badge that leaves a big hole so its usually better to get a replacement black badge or get a boy shop to do it!

yer it does help and it depends how the paint is underneath, take a look at mine but ive got a black badge too now and got rid of the rear wiper.

oh rite i c very nice mate, i wanted a black 1 but cudnt find 1 anywhere so ended up with a red one !!

just looking for alloys at the minute cant decide either silver,black or white den gonna get it lowered wat u dun urs by ??

mine is on coilovers and is down about 75-80mm which is bloody low but its wicked and if you get the right set up it handles just like a go-kart and sticks to the tarmac.

held on by glue, i was lucky and got hardly any glue was left on the car :lol:

mine are 15" any bigger and i wouldnt be able to have my car so low.
