so my car blew up

Driving up a hill in 4th, jump down a gear to 3rd.. then all of a suddan BANNGG and then my car sounds like a nakkerd old camper van, its quite possiblly the spark plug i didnt get around to changing, but the mechanic who came out same it could be a cylinder. gunna try n change spark plug tomorrow see if thats it, any tips oh what to look out for n do?

umm, split pipes, spark plug might have oil ova it and might b broken up, its hard 2 tell, all i know is that it sounds rattley an s**t, a guy i knew his car blew up an jesus it was bad, a cylinder went in his car an it run like s**t an was all rattely an kept ova heatin, but that was because he put deisel in2 his petrol car, silly fool!!

i hurd petrol cars can run with deisel but would just be smokey, but deisel cars cant run with petrol....from a website i was reading....

a mate of mine put unleaded in his diesel car, only like Â£3 or summit, filled the rest up with diesel once he realised then drove home, hoping and praying he'd make it.......he did, and he says his cars never run better!...........dont think i'll chance it tho!

my mate that did it, was smokey an sounded like a subaru as he had a magnex system on, but eventually his cylinder went an he had 2 get a new engine

In that case it could be something small.

I was going down the motorway when i first brought my polo and as i reached a high speed i heard a big bang and like your car mine sounded like a knakerd old piece of junk.

Because it was olny a couple of weeks after i brought it i was pisse doff so took it to the garage i brought it from.

They said it was a bung vw put in the exhaust pipes near the manifold that had popped out and there fore making my car sound like sh*t.

they fixed it and i got it back the same day however it never sounded right again.

So i brought a big Zorst

could be whats wrong with yours, dont always think its gonna be something big. and dont let mechanics trickyou into thinking it is
