DIY spring fitting!

i fancy a new set of springs for my polo i want to go with eibach sportlines as i think the stance will be kool!!

i fancy fitting them myself as i cant really afford to put ti in the garage!
what will i need apart from spring compressors
and will it be easy to do with 2 people

if anybody could talke me throught what to do it would be a great help!

i have a haynes manual for the polo if that helps!
