hello matey
firstly welcome to the forum :)

it depends what look you are going for.
you could either go with small wheels (14's,15's) and get some sweet coil-overs and sit it on its bum
or you could get 16's or 17's, and keep it at -40mm.

other lil things you could do would be to change the interior to something sportier?

have fun modding your polo and get some more pics up :)

also, i didn't know washing a car was a mod hehe, that must mean im constantly modding mine :p

sounds nice pal. how did u manage to make the lights switch off with the engine, 'cause my buzzers blown so ive ended up leaving my lights on twice now. guessing its a 1.4 8v? id say 17"'s might look a bit too large on a polo but its your car. keep em comin :P
i dont know whether thats a broken link but i cant see the pic of the modded car.

welcome man, dont get 17's, a bit of advice from me an probaly every1 else is, lower ur car 60mm or lower an get a set of 15'' rims, ur car will look amazing then, ull notice if u get 40mm that its just not low enough an 17'' rims are too big for polos, they look awful an they will prob rub ur arches. but good luck anyway an keep us posted with new pics :D

was going for a euro-ish look with borbet type t with stretched tyres but i have no job at the minute
so -60mm on 15"s or -40mm on 16"s sounds good i think.

oh i nearly forgot, i got a vw switchblade which im making a custom pcb for to pop drivers door, unlock car and pop boot after i de-handle the doors.

[mint]:
to get the lights to go off with the car i just used a relay to cut the supply to the lights switch.

[polo-boi]:
how low is your polo in your sig?
