Am I right in thinking that VW left holes so that you can see the bulbs and wiring in the boot?

No plastic covers or anything?

I have a Genesis
Do the GT/G40 have them?

my CL had................... NOTHING

not even a bloody carpet. made changing the bulbs nice and easy though i swear there's stuff still stuck in the inner part of the wheel arch sandwich that i can't get to, having migrated there from the boot on fast corners
