ECU Reset help please

Hi guys,

Could somebody let me know exactly how to reset the ECU on my 1997 1.4 8v, im sure that engine size dont matter, but jus incase.

And would this help my fuel economy do you think? as i havent reset it since having a new lambda probe n induction kit, and my full very free flowing zorst system, im guessing it shud help cuz wen you reset the ecu next time u turn the car on n go for a drive the ecu will pretty much learn that iv got these mods and adjust the fueling accordingly, am i right?
