fitting bumpers??

hi all, i've got to fit a new bumper on saturday, and i though i'ld beta find out how hard it is?? and if it will take long??

its a 16v, please could some quickly explain how hard/easy it is

not that long mate its easy, we can do it on saturday take 5mins

is it front or rear if its rear i got my valver one on in about 15-20mins, just a few screws under the boot lid and a few in the wheel arches then a bit of gentle persuasion, should come straight off, i hear the fronts may be harder as you need to remove grill etc.

also kitch if you add an extra ] to the end of your sig you pic will come up :P
