Neibourgh Just Crunched Into My Car... What Should I Do?

Post by Bedi »

And there's damage to my bonnet and bumper

What gets me is that she must have know that she hit my car, but she just took off anyway as if nothing had happened...

Lucky for my I witnessed everything...

In any case I have written a letter (because she is not in at the moment) explaining that I know what she did, and that if the problem cannot be sorted privately I will take it to insurance.

I have taken photographs of the damage...

What else should I do?

I had to take photos too! so make sure u have good ones incase you do have to get the insurance company involved! lucky for me the woman wasnt my neighbour so wont ever see her again! hope u get it sorted okay!

Best thing to do would be to get a pic of any damage on her car, where she hit yours. Then if you need to too you can match them up and she wont have a leg to stand on.
