Wheels (i know, again!!)

Post by Phil6N »

Hi peeps, i usually post in mk4, but my mrs owns a 6n2 mk5. She is after a set of alloys, budget around £200, looking for preferably brand new, with tyres. I know is bit of mission, any recomendations?or where to look?
Any help much appreciated.

Hi, check out www.dubmeister.co.uk. That is the only one i could really think of at the moment, but they have like a large selection of alloys to choose from.

i reckon brand new alloys with tyres are gonna be a bit of a stretch mate. i got old used 13" £80 alloys and that cost me £240 for the alloys and tyres, and as they're only 13's the tyres are cheaper :(

you'd be better getting some mint second hand polo gti wheels or something, new wheels will be very low quality at that price

15's if she doen't plan on lowering it, 16's if she lowers it
i'd go for multispoke of deep-dish 5 spokes
