Anyone know of a firm who knows what they are doing when it comes to superchipping?

your best option is probably custom coding, have a google for custom code and youll find their website

Cheers mate. I've been on that site before. Phase 1 is only 132-135BHP. I can have it done somewhere else, and phase 1 is 140BHP.

Take the figures with a pinch of salt, chipping a polo gti isnt gonna do much.

The main difference will be in drivability, not bhp.
