think only way to drift in our cars is in reverse with our front wheel drive!
think i want to watch it again! and try to be a drifter on my way home, it was fun. hope i dont have to park in a multi storey soon, cus i will probably speed, crash and fly out of like the top floor!

I watched it Friday night with the Mrs. Thought it was pretty dam good. Good action scenes, bit of comedy, nice special effects, oh and the drifting was pretty dam cool aswell .

Oh yeah and I did like the surprise at the end :D , nicely done!

Had a little play around in the car park afterwards  , but nothing decent as didnt have any petrol :( , oh yeah, and the fact it doesnt work too well in a front wheel drive
www.imdb.com wrote:Volkswagen donated 4 prototype R32's and 4 Touran minivans to fulfill its pledge with Universal to plug each other's products. As a result, R32's are in the movie.
I read this is imdb.com about the R32, and also heard they modded them into rear wheel drives, for drifting (they did the same with Evo) but I didnt see them in the film, did anyone else :?:

The Touran wasn't hard to spot :D but I haven't seen any R32s! Maybe they're in the sequence where several cars are drifting down the mountain road in close convoy at night... all you really see are headlights! I'll watch it again some time soon and keep 'em peeled.

I liked it, thought it was far superior to 2F2F but the first film is still the Daddy IMO. Tokyo Drift is good though :)

yeah, the touran was obvious, green hulk thing! but i swear i saw a toureg too! it could have been another touran, but i thought it was a toureg, also i think one r32 is in one of the car park scenes!

yeah, fast and the furious was the daddy, 2 was really good, but not as good as first, but this one was mental, plus with an ending like that, theres got to be a 4th!

i also enjoyed the ending song, it's "reggaeton, the music i mainly listen to, it's like hip hop in spanish, and the track the put onn at the end is one of my favourites!

think i want to watch it again!

No you're right, there was a Touraeg, it was shown at the beginning when they were going into the housing estate being built when he raced the Viper. I also noticed the Touran too, although it took me a few minutes to figure out it was a Touran. It had been proper 'Pimp My Ride'd' (yes its a phase  ).

Not sure about the R32's. They said they had modded it to RWD for the drifting thought so I would of thought it would of been in a drifting scene, maybe you're right Si, it could have been in that mountain scene, but I defo didnt see em. :(

I have to say just on action sequences I think it was the best of the three.
