mk 5 lights sand or not??

im a lil confused? i want 2 put mk5 lights on my mk4 but sum ppl are sayin u gotta sand or chop parts away, then others say theyll fit in fine without?

they will fit in fine but they will stick out a lot, u have 2 cut them down to get them flush, then sand to get the perfect finish!!! :D easy ?

really easy to do, just have to take your time and fiddle about about, got one of mine perfectly flush, other sticks out abit, that thats because it got dark and me and friend got cold lol, the how too is really helpful!!!

how strange, yeah its my right one which sticks out too. doesn't stick out that much so i'm not too bothered

Sorry if this topic is old. I definetely want some of these red mk5 lights but I cant seem to find any online. Anyone have any links?
