i want to put my number plate like in that picture..

is it a simple job of just unscrewing the normal number plate and then bolting it on through the wholes in the grille?

also a bit off topic but are those win deflectors on the windows.. and where can i get those from?

Don't forget though, you'll have 2 or maybe more nice screw holes where the numberplate was.

I think they are wind deflectors yeah, not sure where you'd get them from though :?

Wind deflectors should be available from VW.

I'm wondering if the numberplate lower down would cause a blockage in the airflow to the bottom of the radiator, might wanna keep an eye on your temperature guage if you do move it down.

iv got my number plate there mate. i just used some stainless screws, put them through the original holes, used decent sizerd washers(big enough so they wont slip through) and tightened them with a nut hard against the inside of the grille.

had no probelems watsoever with air flow. iv done long distance and town driving and the temperature has been perfect.
