Mike's like famous on uk-polos!!

I saw the broken GTi! I'd have stopped but I'm not that clever, but Pettsy was on the ball!!

Seems like everyone was breaking cars!!

hi all real good show enjoyed it all except for one lil thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the drive home there was a silver polo gti right bhind me ohh it was mine on a tow truck!!!! cant get it in the garage till next monday n i dred to think wat it will cost just after talkin to scott (iceypolo) bout the gear boxes n clutches takin the 125 bhp slight jinx anyway ill let u all no how it goes bloody things!!!!!!!

Kind of glad i didn't take mine up the strip now as i'd definately been coming home via the straight bar :oops:

Hiya i think my car is about 90mm ish lowered but not sure, was running it lower before but highered it when i put wheel spacers on.

(The mint with the hole)Next time u c me at MFN ull ave to come and speak to me.

I got home fine in the end my dad came and picked me up on his trailer :oops: but thanx pettsy for making sure i was ok.

As for my gear box, ive jst brought a second hand one for £278 delivered so im kinda happy with that.Its put my boot build on hold even more thou :cry: .Love being a low paid apprentise lol!

So not too much of a gud day for me then only had one run down the strip for £20 and didnt risk it agen cus of the noise, oh yes almost forgot, i got beat against the bird in the lupo GTI :oops: .Got her number thou :D

i'm glad everyone got home in one piece even if their cars didn't!! but i'm sure they will all be fixed!! even Si_Gti had to bodge part of his car back together before we'd even go to the show!!
Neil, i recognised ur car from some pics my bro took at inters!! looks fantastic mate!!

Doug txt me to say, firstly that he was having a great time in Tenerife (lucky fella) and secondly, to congratulate us on a good stand turn out, as he managed to get on a pc out there and see some of the pics that we posted up!!

he can't wait to see my pics that i took! (which i will be putting up soon hopefully :D )

Not as extreme as a knackered gearbox but "d'oh!" all the same. New, and this time genuine VW, side repeaters arrive with my dealer tomorrow! Big thanks to pettsy who happened to be carrying some gaffer tape with which I was able to tape up the offending repeater :D

Shame it was tough to find some cheaper side repeaters on sunday!

Yeah I know I was fairly hung over so just collapsed on the grass for most of the day so sorry didnt talk much.
