Funny Noise + Oil

Just had my Cambelt changed and between 1100 and 1600 rpm my car makes a funny noise, its coming from the cambelt area, ive read that cambelts have to bed in, is this true? If so should i worry about it or not? I cant say if its screeching or not but its a noise none the less.

Could it be anything else?

Also on the same side as the cam cover between the head and the block there is some oil that seems to keep coming back, does anyone know if there is a oilway in that area? If so do you suspect a head gasket? Its not burning any oil or loosing any however.
