yesterday i was at a bit of a loss on what to do so i decided to find out what was causing the buzzing through my front door speakers. after removing the amp (hidden in the centre console, infront of the ashtray and nder the heater controls, i remover te head unit to see if i could re-route the rca leads but no matter how i routed tm there was no change. off to the eqivalent of halfords i went and got some stainless braided rca`s. still had the buzzing

so i went one step further and rebuilt the amp (some cheepie thing that i had to cut-about to get it to fit) and whil had the soldering iron out i sorted out a few connections that were on 'the list'. i tried it and result! no interferance

wen i went out to test it i thought it sounded a little louder. back to the halfords type place again and got a soud check. the screan read:
+ i wasnt sure what is ment until the bloke xplained that their machine had a limit of 130 Db and on 3/4 volume i had whipped it, the same blokeestimated that on full bore im pushing between 140DB and 145 Db. to say im buzzng is an understatement, that is with no sound deadening a a tiny powerfeed to the amps so some time ill sound proof the car and get some decent cable in (0-guage should do the trick and leave a little roon for expansion) so does anyone know a good sound deadening i.e. brown bread?
another thing that ive noticed. the last 2 things ive done rearding amps (fitting one and rebuilding another) have caused the cel to come on

meaninthat tommorow i shal be ordering a vag com
oh ill say it agan
ha ha ha i whipped the 130 barrier and then whizzed on it
