Fitting Bucket seats

Awrite guys just wondering how hard it is to fit bucket seats and if anyone can give me a rought guide?Cheers

on mine i have tailored cobra subframes.You just slide the seat forward,un-do the nut in the middle of the standard subframe at the front,then slide seat back and the runners will release from the car.Its just a reverse procedure to fit new ones providing you have the right subframes.Im currently seeling my bucket seats/mk4 cobra subframes and harnesses for Â£200 if you fancy em fella.
