Right im new to this lark but bin lukin at the forum so i got myself a polo for first car
its grey 1.4CL but one of the side strips is coming off?
are these just stuck on cos id love to take em off for the smooth look?
also passenger door lock doesnt work. the bloke i bought it off said there was a pin snapped inside or something? anyone know anything more?
and also the passenger window is a lot slower than the drivers side? any ideas?

a hair dryer and a credit card is all you need to take the bump strips off....i done it on my mk2, jus heat it and slowly slip the card in and you know the rest lol, dont heat it too much because of the paint, and also glue will still be on your car afterwards, use some goo removing stuff that should help, with the passenger window, jus take the doorcard off grease/wd40 the runners and top of the motor that should help, and for the door lock delock it lol, get central locking!

i have the same prob. i have central locking and the door pin on the passenger side doesnt go down.

any ideas?

i guess this is the same prob you are having?

if the glue sticks 2 the paint after u remove the bump strips then just use petrol 2 rub it off
