Polo G40, A Classic?

Post by SpikeyG40 »

well, after being on holiday. i came back to work to be introduced to a classic car paper type thing with a heading on the front page say :

Polo G40 Buying Guide!

oh, i said, that could be interesting, anyway, i thought i'd share it with you. it mentions that this car could be a classic!

Cool. It said there can't be more than a couple of hundred left, but isn't it just under 400?

I think it definately could, unfortunately there have been alot written off that i know about and this makes them rarer and rare special cars become classics. Maybe not yet but definately in another ten years they will be sought after as we grow up, remember them and want something to remind us a bit of our youth.

Plus its a blindingly good car anyway

glad i've got one now then!

on the last count, there were around 360 original uk G40's remaining! baring in mind that most of the ones that have been written off have been reshelled or engine transplanted! :)
