Where did you get the red strip from mate? I bought some red tape in halfords, it looked awesome. But in the heat it comes off. Not very good

Yeah i had the same problem when using the tape, so i decided to buy some VW Flash red paint (i think the proper red used on the new GTi's is tornado red) and masked off the whole grill apart from the edge, sanded it down, primered it, sprayed it then laquered it.

It will always stay on now :D

Decided to dip into the overdraft and order my 60/60 kit from German E-bay! :) pay day in over a week so i wont be suffering for long.

ah how long did it take to come for you?

did you buy it off "streetwear_tuning" or something similar?

Hopefully have them fitted before E38!
