16v polo juddering

I have a problem with my 16v Polo. It keeps juddering when idle at traffic lights. I have changed the distributor caps and arm, spark plug leads, spark plugs and full service. The problem doesn't seem to go.Can anyone help.

Also when driving on the motorway between 80-85mph there is a rattling sound coming from underneath the car, I have centralised the exhaust pipe, but the sound is still there.

mate, this is in the wrong section!

should be in the car specific area (mk4, mk5 etc)

this section is for people that are having tech problems with the forum etc.
