GT back on the road...

Post by Nelson_Wilbury »

Well, the GT is now finally back on the road so I'm now having the best of both worlds with my MK3 and MK6 :D

Took these pics right after i got the car home so thats why it looks a bit dirty.
Also the reason it has the o/s mouldings missing is because I *still* can't find a o/s door moulding and theres no way I'm paying £50 for one!

Got some Pirelli P slots and G40 brake set-up coming soon (just gotta take them off a scrap MK1 Golf). Just wanna get everything else sorted first like interior etc.

I was, but I can't turn down a free set of Pirellis can I?

I'm also not getting on with the non-vented discs!

I'm sure some modding will come along the way. But I wanna keep it standard (as possible :P )

That looks lovely. I'd keep it as standard as poss. Although some P's would be nice.
I thought about getting some of these for my mk4 a while back. In fact I still might if I can find some for the right price !.
