Suppressor install?

Just had a sweet as system put in with a 13.5" sub and nice 6" matching speakers for the parcel shelf. Only prob is that I'm getting really annoying and constant interference through the 2 speakers in the back that are running of the amp.

Someone mentioned installing a suppressor to the alternator but I wasn't sure how you would go about it. Has anyone done this?

Does this fix the prob? I'd love some install hints if so??

Make sure the power cables are no where near the speaker cables and rca cables. If not I have a supressor for about 5pound sterling

Cheers for the advice.
System was installed professionally. Returned it and they said the amp was faulty. Now I have to get it repaired, which means i'm left with front speakers only for 2-4 weeks.

BUGGER.
