Anyone know what an Openair roof is made of?

Hi,

Anyone know what an Openair roof is made of? Is it a Vinyl roof or some sort of canvas roof?

i thought it was like rubber, guess vinyl sounds about right though, i dunno. why you wanna know you gonna do somthing to it? ive been thinking of putting a mahusive VW sign on my roof with sprays but dunno what to use.

I wasn't sure whether it was vinyl or canvas, was looking for some sort of cleaner for the material.

I need to get mined cleaned up and sorted before more crap weather comes and I thing some f***er has tried to get into mine as it has a rip

As for spraying you'd probably need to use a stencil and some coloured soft plastics spray like the stuff Folia-tec make for spraying gear gaitors seats etc.

ahhh good idea i like this. Yeh i should really probably do that to. I ahve a small tear that needs sorting aswell, right where the first fold is. It seems to be a problem on these cars as ive seen others like it also

Oh well. Roof still rocks.
