Thinking about lowering...help!

Im thinking about lowering my polo and i wanted to know whether or not i need to buy a a full suspension kit. Or can i just buy the springs and use the original dampers and shocks etc with the new springs? Cheers

Iv got a 2001 1.4 se tdi, wanting to lower it about 30-40mm. Hope this helps?

You wont need shocks at all. Look at my sig below. thats a 30-40mm drop on 16's, but i am planning on dropping it more. You wont have any rubbing problems watsoever on that drop, so thats a bonus.
