manifold... need more power!! need advice...

ok the time has come, i need more power!! i have an N reg mk4 polo 6n 1.3 8v.....ne one know of a sports manifold and de-cat? or fast road cams? got 15" OZ's dropped it 60mm and put angel eyes on it so now i need more power!! help!!

i think Ashley make (or made) an exhaust manifold for the 1.3.

As for cams, im pretty sure there's a dutch guy on this forum (red/pink met 1.3), can't remember his name, but he's got a GT cam in his.
