End of an Era

Post by Polo Paul »

For the first time in 15 years there is no longer a Volkswagen car in our family  I was responsible for selling the last one yesterday, previously my mums car for 7 years i took it on it february while i was at uni. Loved it to bits and it was a great little car never letting us down and i will miss it badly. However there are two VAG cars left in the form of SEAT's, but they somehow dont feel quite as well screwed together as the real thing.

The Polo with its replacement - Cordy

Finally me the Polo together

The guy who bought it off me seems to be an enthusiast having come from a SEAT Ibiza Cupra to the Polo and i have pointed him in the direction of this forum. So hopefully he'll give it the love it deserves, and some of you may see it running round Essex.

Even though the Polo's gone i'll hang around if thats ok, and hopefully offer some useful advice to current Polo owners.

Cheers

Yeah, it's always good for owners to stay with us even when the car's gone, to pass on their knowledge.
