CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF 205 X 40 X 17INCH TYRES ON WOLFRACE RIMS WILL FIT MY 1.4 POLO 1997 YEAR. IF NOT WHAT WILL? THANKS

any tyres will fit ur car mate with that size, lol, just go 2 a tyre place an find out, do u mean wot make?? if so i know we like may know stuff about cars but flip me, tyre makes, lol, yokohama's, nankangs, silverstones are prob wot u will see for that size

and nankangs are crap!! other 2 makes are good.

they willl fit mate. but your car will be way to high. would need to be lowered but them you may get some scrubbing. 16's would prob be the best size if you want to go big, as the car is quite small they still look big, but they fill the aches alot beta and would suit the car alot more

unless u got ultra stiff suspension with hardly any movement, then u will deffo get scrubbing!!
15s or 16s would be much better on a mk4!!

as long as the alloys have a PCD of 4x100, then they will fit but how much they stick out from the car depends on the offset!
