Rear black/smoked Lights?

Post by solidsponge »

Im looking to buy some black/smoked rear lights and wondering what the best place to shop at is online? So far Im thinking http://www.edworthys.co.uk/product~ProdID~816626.htm these look quite smart and they seem cheapest Ive found for that type so far.

Has anyone got any better links or pictures of their rear lights that are black etc?

These are mine, seen them on Ebay quite a bit around the same price as the ones you have seen.

ah right I like those ones you have, Ive seen them on sites too and on ebay I think. Mines the same red as yours too. I like your rear spoiler, does it have a brake light on? If so is it a mess on to fit? How does those rear spoilers fit on ?

Well I bought the spoiler off some guy I dont know but I never bothered wiring the brake light up because a few of the little LED's weren't working. But I aint complaining, I only paid a tenner for it. Mine's held on with some industrial sealant, something that my Dad got from work. Solid on there though. Not that difficult to fit really, mine fits perfectly to the roof and we put the sealant stuff on put tape to keep it in place while it drys. Then we put a few weights on there to make sure it stuck properly et violla. Simple 8)

I quite like the black ones but I really think the mk5 red ones blend in really well with the red paint, like this one:

So i think Ill probably get some of these ( have to wait a few weeks anyway :( )
