You gonna finish and sell it with the car, or you gunna sell it seperate as a semi-completed install? Looks cool.

yeah i've got people asking about the car and havent even advertised it!

i'm after a corrado vr6, quite a few out there that are in excellent condition and they sound beautiful  have seen a golf vr6 on e38 which is tempting me as well...

i'll be finishing the install hopefully for the polo show but then i will be taking it out, i'm not selling the equipment as its taken me a few years to build up about £2.5k worth of gear!!

the install 'skin' and moulded side panels etc will be up for sale tho, dunno if someone could make use of them!?

yeh thats the main part i would be interested in mate. the fibreglass skin. you would obviously have to let me know the size of the sub and dimensions of the amp etc so i can basicly replicate the install so it all fits in nicely!

keep me in mind bud, i'll be at the polo show, so i'll have a word with you about it there.

Good luck with it!

no worries,

its a JL 8W7 sub which is a real heavyweight without taking up too much space, will also take a lot more power through it than most 10" subs!

you may be able to get another 8" sub to fit altho for the right offer i might sell the sub and custom box with the FG skin. Any amp that is slightly bigger than the cut out can be made to fit and look tidy...

W7 jus look so meaty tho!!

box is 0.875 cuft if my memory serves me right!?

have used the wheel well to house the 2nd deep cycle battery and then put a false floor on support struts over that.

i've always used sealed designs, partly due to having small cars and because i like the bass punchy...

when i get the corrado i might try a slot port design as i'll have loads more room to play with, have been toying with the idea of 2 x 8W7's in that as the audison amp puts out 900wrms @1 ohm easily!

what are you running in yours?

Not too sure what sizes will be available but they'll take a good 3-4k RMS
