hi ppl have any of had problems with fitting your aero wiper blades and arms kit, as mine keeps tapping against the drivers side when it reaches the top? any help much appreiciated.

Yes, I had this issue when I had aero wipers on my GTi.

You must try and position the driver's side wiper as low down as you possibly can when it is the rest position, as close to the scuttle panel as is possible. With some trial and error you will be able to get it to stop knocking! I did notice though, that the problem intermittently returned every now and again :?

That, and the rubbing of the driver's side wiper arm on the scuttle panel (which is noe permanently marked), persuaded me to go back to standard with my wipers.

I think that in retrospect, I had the wrong wiper arm fitted on the driver's side. I should have used a Lupo GTi passenger side arm, but had a driver's side one.

Like Si said, get two (2) passenger side lupo arms. You should be reet then

No not at all! There never used to be a kit when I bought my setup!

could some one post some pics of there aero wipers on to see if i got the arms the right way
