Spacers

When I lower my car I'm thinking of putting 15mm spacers on the car. Will the car pass the mot with these on and more importantly would you actually notice 15mm? Btw my tide width is 195. Cheers

i have spacers ony my 6n on the front and rear, im not sure how wide they are......as long as your tyre tread doesnt trail outside your arch then it should pass the MOT....?? correct me if im wrong

Yeah thats what I thought. But I was wondering a) would 15mm take it outside the arch or b) Would 15mm be noticable. I'm liking the way yours sits tho mate.

15mm is a fairly big spacer compared to what most people use!! but i think it would be ok, as long as it doesn't push the wheel tread past the arch!!
u will also need to buy new wheel bolts all round as the standard ones will not go into the hub far enough to secure the wheel on properly!!

i think my spacers are 10mm and my wheels are 7" all round on the mk4
