Minor Update: I have sent the money for my Coilovers so will probably have them sometime next week. Car is going in for an oil change tomorrow and hopefully I can find out why my suspension is rubbing against my wheels. Bloody garage let me down on Wednesday.

My original wheels are now up for sale, so I can fund some G60 steelies for the winter:

Great pics! Is that a Maccy's sauce pot in the DIN storage slot?

When I saw you had updated the thread I thought for a moment that you had gotten those coilies on!

Yeah they gave me two BBQ sauces today but I only used one :D

As a general update on the car (since I ain't done much), I have the coilovers but don't see the point in fitting them until I get my G60 steelies, then I can get it done altogether. Someone off Club Polo is interested in my wheels so hopefully that'll me have money by the end of the week, and in the next 2/3 weeks I'll have the steelies and colies on!

Any one recommend a good height front and back? I obviously don't want to be slammed as the car has to be pratical, just a good height for handling and of course looks

Can't wait to get my RX's off and new tyres on them. Round some tight corners at around 70mph, the suspension seats hit off the tyres (I presume) and cause the car to move side to side. Not good

Update! With the recent incident of my kerbed wheel and me being pretty skint in general, the steelies are out the window. Good news is my Aero wipers arrived today and my new tyres yesterday.

Pics: (Excuse the bird mess on the bonnet ;))
