Hey,

I was speaking to a guy in halfords today, about general vee-dub issues.

I was just looking for some opinions on these direct-fit back-boxes;

Something like this maybe, there cheep and cheerful, anyone had one? What do u rekon?

I had a universal magnex backbox, took it to get it fit but would of needed quite a lot of work so they recommended that if i was shelling out over £150 to get it custom fit and the box was £100 i might aswell get a custom system made for around the same price. So from my experience i'd do that inless u can find one made for the 9n, let me know if you do, i havnt had much luck.

i used to have a rage back box on my old polo.....it was great exhaust and fitted on perfectly by dad. It was universal also. Had nice deep note to it and wasn't very loud at all. 3.5" slash cut and looks real neat and tidy on the rear. Only changed because i got a full stainless powerflow system off a mate for SUPER cheap!

You can have it for £40 or £50 delivered, as i don't need it.
