ARRGGHHH!!! WORST DAY EVER

Post by Biddle »

I KURBED MY BLOODY WHEELS!!! I was mad anyway as i pulled up to the kerb on a corner behind a van. Front passenger side got 2 big scratches on seperate spokes. I walk into the bank still fuming, come out and cos im so bloody close to the van in front i reverse pulling the wheel away from the kerb, I only go and scrape the bloody back one!!! Wouldnt have been so bad if it wasnt for the fact that they were like new til today. Il prob wait til after winter to get them done now. What idiot inveted kerbs, nothing was wrong with dirt tracks.

dont worry biddle i know how u feel. i brought my allows about 2 and a half years ago and they started of fine no kerbing at all. then one day i kerbed the wheel then as soon as i done that from that day on i kept doing it. as mcuh as it annoyed me i thought well i wont bother doing n e thing till im more used to the alloys and driving etc then i'll get them refurbed or get new ones. so a couple of months ago i decided its time to get them refurbed so i did........... sods law when i got them refurbed i kerbed them again. not that noticable tho....... i like my wheels to much to get new ones. right now they need a good clean. the kerbing aint so bad so it dont bother me........... just needs lowering......... more..........

u know the worst kerbs u can get? not the tall ones, not the short ones, not the straight ones, not the round ones.......... but the jagged ones....... they got them right outside my gf's house and if u get ur wheen on them ur screwed, u dont get a scratch u get a proper gauge in ur wheel....... god its horrible........ specially the sound....... thats when u know its bad....

Yeah funnily enough I was talking to one of those guys that I found in the Yellow pages in the cardiff area, which is like 20 mins away. Sounds quite reasonable to. Whereas I would probably call it a deep scratch they'd prob see it as a scuff compared to half the wheels they do.
