hey, welcome to the forum!
the side moulding should just pull off. there are no bolts or locating pins holding it on, so all you'll have to do is get rid of all the gunky glue that sticks the strip to the car!
my advice, some dental floss to slide up the bump strip, while using a hair dryer to heat the glue making it easy to cut!
