Momo Boss Kit - Not fitting flush

Hi i have tried fitting a new s/wheel, and when i fully tighten the centre bolt the boss kit moves too close/tight against the plastic console behind the steering wheel, and will not turn properly! :evil:

Has anybody had a similar problem?
