I've heard of them before.

So would this be the right one...

H4 Bixenon HIDS4U Pro HID Conversion Kit E4 Certified Ballasts
http://www.hids4u.co.uk/product_details.asp?id=44

I looked at that site before but theres nothing specific for a specific car. Like there isn't a kit specially for the 9n Polo. You just buy the kit above and be done with it? Or is there a aftersales step you go through to make sure you get the right one for your model?

Sorry for all the questions, just had it confirmed i'd defo be able to get the 9n in January :D

Aha I see. Are the H4's generally better? What does the H# number generally mean? I checked the FAQ on the site but nothing.

Thanks for your help Dino :)

H# is the bulb type and size - you need H7 as H4 will not fit.

Ok mate. Thanks for your help Dino :)

Btw, I was reading on Parkers and it says, "Sport gains 15-inch alloy wheels, front fog lights, chrome trimmed radiator grille surround, front sports seats, leather-trimmed steering wheel, gearknob and handbrake grip, multifunction computer and sports suspension."

Do you get ALL of that as standard for the Sport or are some optional extras. That's mainly towards the multifunction computer as i'm curious to what it actually does.

Hi there mate, yeah you get all that equipment on the sport spec apart from the chrome grille which can be bought seperately (Parkers is again refferring to the facelift).

The multi function computer shows info like temperature, miles left, average consumption and speed etc.

Ahaaa. Wish I could afford the new shape Polo. Not sure to call it 9n2 or 9n3 hehe, bit confused on that part.
Thanks for the info though GaryUK.

One other thing though, should I be worried if I goto see a Polo TDI Sport but it maybe have say no leather steering wheel, gearknob & handbrake or no sport seats? Or is it that it'd definitely have it.

Thanks again.

If the chrome grille means that much to you then you can buy them from VW or VAG Parts for the 9n - it's a dead easy job too.

If it's a sport model it will definatley have all the leather bits and sports seat's. :)

If it is Pre August 02 it will not have ny leather bits!

I know this as my Dad has one and I looked into this as I thought it was strange as my 03 plate did when I had it.

Also no 6cd changer pre 03 just a single slot.

Hope this helps
