is the airbag on the 9n3 gti the same as the rest of the 9n3 range??

well i can get hold of a 9n3 airbag 'cheap'', so if i bought a gti steering wheel, i would want to know if it definately fitted.

i hate the piece of cr@p in it at the moment!!!
