MK4 rear brakes conversion

right just had a look at my drums and there are totally gone, just wondering what rear discs could I use for a conversion?what model trying to fink did the 1.9 diesel polo have rear discs ?Cheers

would a Mk5 gti fit? i would have thought they are similar if they have rear discs?
